Can I contact you about an existing order?

   Can I pay by Switch or Credit Card?

   YES, we will phone you for your details when we receive your order.

   Can I pay by Cheque or Giro?

   YES, please ensure Cheques and Giros are payable in £ Sterling,
   ...and MUST be made payable to: Pro Needle Co. Ltd ONLY.
   ...they MUST be able to be drawn on a British bank.

   Can I pay by Direct Bank Transfer?

   YES, you MUST add an extra £6 to invoice total for bank charges.

   Do you accept foreign currency?

   NO, sorry we can only accept £ Sterling.

   Can I send cash?

   YES, £ Sterling must be sent by recorded delivery or registered post ONLY.

   When will my UK order arrive?

   ALL UK orders cleared BEFORE 4pm will arrive the NEXT WORKING DAY.

   Do you ship overseas?

   YES, we will contact you to discuss shipping costs on receipt of your order.
