ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN APPROPRIATE PACKAGING AND DELIVERED BY COURIER. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIME AND WILL ALWAYS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.
IF YOU FEEL THAT THE PARCEL MAY BE LOST OR DELAYED IN ANYWAY, PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM THE GOODS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. WE HAVE DIRECT LINK UP WITH OUR COURIERS TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF THE PARCEL AT ALL TIMES. WHEN THE PARCEL IS DELIVERED WE ALSO HAVE THE NAME, ADDRESS AND THE TIME IN WHICH THE PARCEL WAS ACCEPTED. ONCE THE PARCEL HAS BEEN ACCEPTED IT IS NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBLITY.

PRONEEDLE CO. LTD CANNOT ACCEPT CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUESTS AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SHIPMENT TO TEMPORARY ADDRESSES (INCLUDING HOTEL GUESTS) WITHOUT PRIOR PAYMENT IN FULL.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING OUTSIDE THE UK, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR THE PRICE PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT.

DAMAGED ITEMS / SHORT SHIPMENTS
PRONEEDLE CO. LTD MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 1 WORKING DAY OF RECEIPT OF THE PARCEL OF ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS. NOTIFICATION MAY BE BY EITHER PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL. THE INVOICE NUMBER AND YOUR CUSTOMER NUMBER MUST BE QUOTED.
REFUSED, UNCLAIMED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED BY THE PERSON IT WAS SHIPPED TO OR ORDERS THAT ARE UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WILL BE HANDLED AS FOLLOWS:
SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU WANT THE ORDER RE-SHIPPED NORMAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY.
A RESTOCK FEE OF 10% BASED ON THE COST OF THE MERCHANDISE WILL BE ASSESSED
THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE INDIVIDUAL ORIGINALLY BILLED FOR THE ORDER.
